Up your bingo. There are so many things wrong with this advert it irritates the crap out of me. One, what does "up your bingo, not your bongo" even mean!? How does one up their bingo or their bongo? Two, why is the woman in pink even bothering to tap the bongo if she's not going to do it to the beat? Three, THERE IS NO NEED TO SHOUT, YOU ANNOYING WOMAN. Have you ever heard of a note? It's what people sing in.

Phone cheater apps. These stupid text things are horrible. They play on the insecurities of people and they are just absolute bollocks. "Send your partner's name to 98498 and you'll receive a text telling you the percentage chance that they're cheating on you." And how the chuffing hell do you expect to do that? If I sent in the name "Liam" with NO OTHER information you can tell me whether he's a big old cheat or not? Why do people fall for this shit? They cost £4.50 PER MESSAGE too!

Admit it, you read this in their voice didn't you. Those stupid pictures circulating the web that have a picture of an actor/character with a sentence underneath, which is usually a sentence that they say quite regularly, and then another sentence underneath that says "Admit it, you read this is their voice didn't you!" Yes, of course I did, because there is a picture of the person right there! You've also put their chuffing catchphrase underneath the picture!

My challenge of 365 days with no teasing, dying or frying is going really well. I haven't felt the pull to dry my hair or straighten it at all! What makes it easier is that I actually really like my hair when it is left to dry naturally, it has a nice wave to it so I'm happy to leave it as it is!

I had my hair trimmed yesterday and as you can see there hasn't really been a lot happening to the all-round length, but my hair is definitely fuller at the ends and it's all catching up with the longer bits to be the same length now!

I've noticed that my hair tangles a lot less now that I'm not using heat on my hair, my hair used to tangle all the time, it was always proper bird's nest tangles too which were a huge pain in the bum to get out, but these days my hair hardly tangles at all!

I actually gave my hair dryer and straighteners away yesterday too, It was sad to see them just sitting in the chair longing to be used by someone, so I gave them to a friend's daughter and I hope she gets some good use out of them! Not too much, I don't want her to ruin her hair!

Luckily Rex isn't as persistent as this, but if you've sat there without touching your plate for a while he's pretty keen to find out whether you're eating it or not. (We don't feed him food from our plates though so I don't know what he's trying to gain.)

I absolutely love Ally's pinafore dress, she made it herself out of that perfect fabric!
